I received the BOSU Pro without the user manual and the DVD, and instead of a foot inflator, my ball came with a hand inflator, instead. I tried inflating the ball, but I couldn’t, the pump wouldn’t move! So I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me instructions on how to inflate it. It turned out that I was inserting the tip of the inflator too deep and pushing too hard, but they told me to barely place it in the hole and start pumping. It worked like a charm, and I was able to easily inflate my ball, then went to their site and downloaded the manual and the wall chart exercises. They have a bunch of videos on their site and on their YouTube channel, so I’m glad I didn’t return the ball and contacted them! :D
