The material is soft and comfortable to wear for a long time. Washed several times still doing great. This fits perfectly fine but the shoulder straps slide a little, except this it is a great quality sports bra for the price.I opened this and instantly thought, they sent the wrong size. There's no tags on it anywhere, just an XL sticker on the bag. Looking at it, looks like the cups are about an A size, and it just looks small. I figured my daughter just got herself another Christmas gift. No way that's going on my 40D's lol.Then I read some other reviews saying the same about the small appearance and thought well, I guess I should just try it on. Surprisingly, I had no problems getting it on. And the fit, it wasn't that bad. It didn't feel too tight, just perfect. It's not super soft, but not unbearable or scratchy. The front "dip" on the cleavage part was low enough, so you don't have to rock the uni-boob look. I'm kind of torn on the mesh part. I like it, but question how well that will hold up in the long run. Probably will only hand wash this and air dry.I did a few little jumps and it held them better than some I've had; low bounce factor. I'm 49 and I don't jog, or run anywhere for that matter. Those days are long gone. I guess if you're a smaller cup size jogging with this would be fine, but D+? Nah. So for me, this is just mainly for casual around the house, yardwork, job/work type of stuff. Just tired of underwire/regular bras and stupid wires popping out and stabbing me all the time. But it seems trying to find a comfy sports bra is just as bad.I would classify this as a medium impact. It does hold them up pretty good just standing there looking at them-good support. Almost seems like a push-up bra. The only complaint I have, is the cup sizes. I wish it was a little bigger, but they do stretch, so they fit in it. It's hard to explain. Just had a little spillover at the top, and a bit on the sides, but nothing major. I think I'm going to keep this one and try it out around the house before using it for work. Any problems, I'll post an edit. Overall doesn't seem too bad.I usually wear a 34B to 36B in bras and size small in shirts and tanks. I got this in size medium and when I took it out of the package, it looked like it was made for a preteen girl. I thought there was no way it would fit me. However, it actually stretched to fit me without being uncomfortably tight and while I had slight spillage from under-arm pudge, after a full day of wear, I didn't feel the need to take this off at all. Usually with sports bras and more full coverage bras, after a day I'm ready to take them off and I can FEEL them around me. This one, I don't really feel and if I do, it's not suffocating.This isn't overly stiff or thick. In fact, it looks and feels like it wouldn't offer much support but it really does. It's soft and stretchy but supportive where it needs to be. I'm at the pudgier/higher end of my normal 115-125 lb weight and you can see this in my photos. While this is still comfortable at 125-130 lbs (at a height of 5'5" and little muscle tone), it would fit perfectly on me from 110 to 120 lbs. I would say if you are around my height and in the above weight range, a medium is about right. It will stretch and shrink to fit and will hold you up while running, etc, without chafing as long as you aren't inordinately well-endowed.It's nice that the thin padding/cups can be removed if that's your preference. In my photos, they are still in the bra.EDIT: After wearing a few times, even at home when I mostly binged on Netflix, I have decided to donate this sports bra. The material is too slick and stretchy. Every time I move the bra slips and slides. At first, I really like the super stretch and soft material but after the 5th time of it it riding up and exposing underboobage I had enough. There are times it is just not appropriate to adjust your bra but then you have to walk around all stiff trying to keep your whole boob from slipping out the bottom!The product received is exactly what is pictured on the product page. I ordered based off the size chart for a 34C and the fit is quite comfortable. This is not a high impact sports bra because the material has of a lot of stretch. Also, this bra is not thick enough material to wear alone as the fabric is see through, especially if you sweat. For $12.99, I am happy with it. The sports bra is great for working in the yard, cleaning the house, walking, and is even supportive enough to run errands without being too constrictive. My only complaints are the pads are very visible and so small that they move around and need to be adjusted at times. But I can’t deduct a star on account of the seller not hiding the small pads in the photos. Recently, I've tried several sports bras that were supposed to be the right size, but I ended up giving them to my 10-year-old daughter because they were too small for me. I typically wear a size 42 C, so I ordered the 40-42 size, hoping this one would actually fit.When it arrived, I pulled it out of the package and immediately felt disappointed. It looked SO small! I almost just handed it to my daughter but decided I might as well try it on just to see. Despite the band looking very small, it has great stretch! I put it on and was so surprised by how well it does fit.The material is soft and comfortable, the cut makes it breathable, the removable pads prevent my nipples from showing through, and the medium intensity makes me feel secure despite my activity. I can wear this bra all day at my highly active job, and I never have to readjust; it is so comfortable it almost becomes a part of me. And that means a lot for someone like me who has sensory issues!The color is nice and the price is right! I'm honestly so pleased with this bra for the cost. Wrong call, order true to size or smaller if you’re small chested.This has plenty of stretch, not tight at all.Probably wouldn’t give much support for larger chests.
